When does the refund happen?
If your city does not make the route, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
What does prepurchasing actually mean?
It is a refundable early spot for your city. If enough people choose the same city, the team can work on making a date happen there.
Can I transfer my spot later?
Yes. Once the show is confirmed, you can transfer your early spot to someone else if you need to.
